Ethos
FLC is currently the only organisation in the Peak District which specifically targets and addresses health and well-being issues within the farming population. It has a “bottom up” approach to services.
We aim to ensure our services are:
• Responsive to the identified needs of the local farming community
• Transparent and accountable in the way they are operated and funded
• Accessible to all who wish to attend
• Compliant with best practice in equal opportunity, health and safety, etc
• Delivered in an open and supportive environment
